Being physically active and moving is essential to healthy human development and vibrant communities. It makes us HAPPY and helps us do better at school, work and everyday living.

Moving more throughout the day could be simply walking to school, around our work place or around our home.

 

ANTIGONISH COUNTY RECREATION WILL HELP YOU GET MOVING!

Our beautiful beaches, lakes, hiking trails, outdoor rinks, provincial parks, regional parks, green spaces and fields, arenas and several indoor facilities are there for you to explore! Let’s walk or roll, hike, swim, bike, skate or take part in one of our many recreational community programs.
